RETURN & REFUND POLICY

This policy applies to purchases made through www.www.hockkeegroup.com and www.hockkeegroup.com, which are owned and operated by Riz Kopitiam F&B Group Sdn. Bhd.
Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
We accept returns, exchanges, and refunds for merchandise and products purchased through our official websites within 14 days from the date of receipt.
To be eligible:
- ✓The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- ✓Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.
- ✓For defective or damaged items, photos may be requested for verification.
Non-returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns for:
- ✗Perishable goods, food, or beverages.
- ✗Gift cards, e-vouchers, and promotional items.
- ✗Items not purchased directly from our official websites.
Return Process
To initiate a return:
Contact us at cs@hockkeegroup.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Provide your order number, reason for return, and supporting photos if applicable.
Once approved, ship the item to the address provided by our support team.
The returned item must reach us within 7 working days after approval.
Note: Shipping fees for returns are borne by the customer, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
If the item was purchased under a promotion, the refund amount will reflect the discounted price.
Replacements
We will replace defective or damaged products with the same or equivalent item, subject to stock availability. If a replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
Final Decision
Riz Kopitiam F&B Group Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to make the final decision regarding any return, replacement, or refund request.
