它的诞生，源自创始人对南洋传统味道的一份深情。时代在变，但味觉里的记忆却始终如一。走进福氣安康，就像回到80年代的英式南洋风咖啡馆——空气里飘着咖啡香，耳边是熟悉的笑声，眼前是一盘盘色香味俱全的料理。
我们相信，南洋的味道从不局限于任何族群，而是马来西亚人的共同文化。小时候，不分种族、不分你我，围坐在一张桌边，畅谈、打趣、分享食物，那样的日子才是最纯粹的幸福。

Its creation was born from the founder’s deep love for preserving the flavours of traditional Nanyang cuisine. Times may change, but the taste of memory remains unchanged. Stepping into Hock Kee Kopitiam is like travelling back to the 1980s in an English-style Nanyang café — the air filled with coffee aroma, the sound of familiar laughter, and dishes brimming with flavour and colour.
We believe the taste of Nanyang isn’t confined to any single community, but is part of the shared culture of Malaysians. Back in our childhood, regardless of race or background, we gathered around the same table, chatting, joking, and sharing food — those were the purest moments of happiness.

Today, several of our outlets are already halal-certified, while the others are on their way to receiving certification. From our no pork, no lard menu to the way we prepare every dish, we honour the flavours of heritage cooking — crafted with sincerity, authenticity, and the hope that everyone, regardless of background, can feel at home here.
