Refund Policy

    1. Shipping Policy

 

○ Ships Time Orders received will be processed and delivered to your door step within 3 – 5 working days via Poslaju.

○ Shipping Coverage Orders are shipped within Malaysia only. We do not ship to P.O. Box address.

○ Shipping Cost If your order totals more than RM100, you’ll receive free shipping in Malaysia. The cost for expedited shipping is calculated and displayed on the Checkout page before you complete your order.

Alternative:

○ Shipping Cost We are charging RM10 flat rate per order for delivery within Peninsular Malaysia and RM14 flat rate per order for delivery to East Malaysia.

 

    1. Refund Policy

 

○ Unless otherwise specified for particular products, we shall refund you your payment if you decide to cancel your orders within twenty four (24) hours after your order has been confirmed and prior to shipment except for the transaction fees charged which is nonrefundable. Once your order has been shipped, refund is not allowed.
